Guest Attic Bathroom
This was the final bathroom of a large home construction job. The homeowner asked me to repurpose a vanity and light fixture from a previous remodel we did together. The counter top was crema marfil. Because this bathroom was in the attic it needed to be light and airy. I chose to put crema marfil on the floor to coordinate with vanity counter and keep the walls white with subway tile. The light fixture was an oil rubbed bronze finish. I didn't want to go heavy on this room, but looked for a sconce that would match and fit into the small space available above the vanity because of an essential beam that was in the same location. Tech Lighting had a wall sconce that even left some space between the fixture and the beam. The results are a spacious-feeling bathroom for guests despite its attic location that was designed with pieces from a previous job!
